Knowledge are built incrementally with classification and refinement. Building up of taxonomy is easy with mind-maps. This course stresses on building re-usable knowledge to enhance decision making.

Commercial software like Mindjet's MindManager and Axon can be used at customers' request to teach the mind-mapping techniques.
